Jeff T. Baldridge, Ph.D.
Clinical Psychologist, Coaching & Consulting
Dallas, Texas Therapist Specializing in Goal Attainment, Medical Hypnotherapy, Performance Anxiety; Results Oriented.
An untapped potential to heal, to overcome and to excel lies within each of us. Unlocking this latent potential is at the core of my counseling practice. When you’re feeling anxiety, depression or a block to reaching your goals, you want results. With almost two decades’ experience as a psychologist counseling individuals, business people and young adults, I provide you with practical, positive tools so you can move forward powerfully toward achieving your goals.
My desire to bring clients faster, more effective and more enduring results led me to create techniques that bridge traditional therapy approaches, coaching techniques and medical hypnotherapy. As a result, you reduce stress, improve motivation and attain goals. I specialize in mood disorders, depression, trauma, eating disorders, life coaching and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from University of North Texas, as well as a specialized medical hypnotherapy education in the U.S. and Great Britain. As a Dallas psychologist, I served as the Ethics Chairman for the Dallas Psychological Association and was also the on-staff Clinical Psychologist for St. Mark’s School in Dallas. My rate is $195 for a 50-minute session.
In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, roller blading and cycling, particularly around White Rock Lake. Having spent time growing up in New Mexico, I frequently enjoyed spending time camping and skiing. I am also the proud parent of a teenager.
My rate is $195 for a 50-minute session; and $290 for a 90-minute session.
A quote that resonates with me:
Coaching is the process of helping people and teams to perform at the peak of their abilities. It involves drawing out people’s strengths, helping them to bypass personal barriers and limits in order to achieve their personal best. --Robert Dilts
